Stage 1 Gallery, 46-48 N. Swan Street, Albany
SHARE, in conjunction with Skidmore College’s Environmental Studies and Sciences Program and the John B. Moore Documentary Studies Collaborative (MDOCS), will be hosting 16 days of climate and environmental justice related exhibits at the Albany Barn/Stage One Gallery in Arbor Hill. The project, “Climates of Inequality: Stories of Environmental Justice,” is a project of the Humanities Action Lab. SHARE’s portion of the exhibit, “The Empire’s Backyard: Power and Pollution in Sheridan Hollow,” is but one of 22 global community exhibits on hand that explore the roots of climate and environmental inequality where they live—and envision more just futures.
